In fact that one was unforgettable mainly because trading was halted and the SEC revoked their license. They also announced that they had reached an agreement with CMK*, in which St. George Metals would purchase five percent of CMK*'s mineral claims for $10 million and 200 billion restricted shares of St. George Metals’s stock. CMK* has been often referred to as the penny-stock scam of the century.
Also interesting to note how many of the penny/Subpenny stocks in which Haseltine is listed as attorney, either have the dreaded OTCMarkets Stop sign, and/or are no-bid stocks. "
